- New Word Sort went home today - this week we are focusing on the long /u/ sound spelled oo as in school; ui as in fruit; and cvce as in prune

In Math today, we started our next unit: Addition and Subtraction to 100. We used both manipulatives and an open number line to solve addition questions. This week, our focus is on adding 2 digit numbers to a multiple of 10....For example: 45 + 10. Check our your child's agenda to see a sample of what an open number line looks like.
